1. Is there a discounted rate for students? 

Students (limited to international students on active student VISA) can attend any of the annual events at the published member rate for the event.

 

2.  What is the refund policy?

There is no refund on event or membership payments. We are a non profit organization and run by a volunteer committee. Each of the events are member funded and takes time and money to properly organize. 

 

3. Why would a membership increase be considered? 

The committee has not increased the membership fees for more than 10 years and recent inflation has increased the costs of supporting these events that you have all come to love and enjoy. Your membership money would help with the upkeep and maintenance of the equipment, replacement and purchase of new equipment needed at the events as well as other admin costs.
